Start by taking the CWOutlookSupport.ocx file from the PRODTESTING folder in IES and copying it to the C: drive, then I open the command prompt as Administrator. I put the path where I copied the OCX file to and then I type the command Regsvr32 CWOutlookSupport.ocx and then press enter.
